Ever since we took Reed to see Monsters University, he has been OBSESSED with a) going back to the movie theater and b) watching Monsters University.  I have to keep gently reminding him that we have to stay patient while the movie is in the theater.  But try explaining patience to a toddler.  The best news?  Wal-mart just started the Monsters University pre-order!  The DVD won’t be released until October 29th but you can buy it now to reserve your copy!  To keep his spirits up as we wait, we made these Easy Mike Wazowski Masks!

Wanna make your own Mike Wazowski Mask?

Here’s what you need:

Green paper plate

White paper

Black paper

3 inch hole punch

1 inch hole punch

Glue stick

Standard hole punch

Baker’s twine

Punch out a 3 inch circle from your white paper and a 1 inch circle from your black paper.  Glue the black circle to the middle of the white circle.  Then glue the white circle to the middle of the paper plate.

Using the standard hole punch, punch one hole on each side of the green paper plate.

Attach baker’s twine to the paper plate through the holes you just made.

Instant Mike Wazowski Mask!  Easy peasy, right?
